Research summary
Artemis Tsiopa is a PhD Candidate at the Urban Development and Mobility Department since 2019. Her research is focused on cross-border commuting and particularly, on the trade-off between commuting and migration. This research aims to determine the effect of distance on the choice between cross-border commuting and residential relocation.
Artemis has a bachelor's degree in Geography from the School of Environment, Geography and Applied Economics of Harokopio University (Greece) and a master's degree in Applied Geography and Spatial Planning with a specialization in Geoinformatics from Harokopio University.
