Research summary

Fanny Robert is a research scientist at the Labour Market Department of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) since August 2006.

She holds a Maîtrise in Business law at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a DEA in Comparative law at the University of Lorraine.

She brings her expertise in labour law in a number of highly policy relevant projects at European level (national correspondent for Eurofound) and at national level (studies for ministries which provide decision support; establishment of a data-base on collective agreements in Luxemburg - in cooperation with STATEC-).

She is actually completed a PhD at the University of Jena on the comparative power of social partners in German, French and Luxemburg’s law.

Her main research interests are Luxemburg’s and comparative labour law.
