Federico Fiorani is a PhD Researcher in the Living Conditions department at LISER, and a member of the EICCA Doctoral Unit (Economic Insecurity: Causes, Consequences, and Actions) at the University of Luxembourg. His doctoral research focuses on developing a model to better understand how economic factors influence political trust in Europe, employing econometric and microsimulation techniques. Prior to his PhD, he worked as a researcher at the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and completed a traineeship at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre.
