Research summary

Federico Scalese is a PhD candidate at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), within the Living Conditions Department, since 2023. His doctoral research supervised by Dr. Philippe van Kerm investigates the relationship between changing household composition and wealth concentration in developed economies.

Federico holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay). Before joining LISER, he worked as a research assistant at the Economics Institute of the Universidad de la República (IECON-UdelaR).
