Research summary
After receiving his PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick in 2000, he has been post-doctoral research fellow at Università Cattolica and the Institute for Social and Economic Research (ISER) of Essex University, assistant professor at Università del Piemonte Orientale and associate professor at Università Cattolica. He is a Research Fellow at IZA, CESIFO and ZEW. His research interests are in the field of empirical labour economics, in particular employment and income dynamics, intergenerational mobility, education, applied microeconometrics.
