The purpose of the present Contract is to lay down the conditions under which the Service Provider shall provide services - support to PPMI in the execution of the contract "Support for developing country knowledge on public administration" signed between Ernst&Young, CEPS and the Structural Reform Support Service on 19 December 2018.
