Abstract

The digitalisation of work processes is continuing to advance. In the production area, there are increasingly networked value chains in the form of smart factories and cyber-physical systems via the Internet of Things. In the service sector, analysis tools with big data, cloud computing systems, shop systems or online markets are increasingly being used.
