Abstract

Two years ago, the ENRLMM Anthology already devoted an article to the UPSKILL research project, developed in particular by the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER). This article completely revisits this project and provides new information on its content and development. We will therefore first present the context in which the project was developed, followed by its objectives. As was the case two years ago, we will focus on the National Skills Observatory (NSO) that will be created alongside the rest of the project.
