Intérêts de recherche
Au LISER depuis 2015, je suis géographe social et titulaire d'un doctorat de la London School of Economics (LSE). Interdisciplinaire par nature, je m’intéresse autant à des questions d’aménagement du territoire qu’aux dernières avancées en philosophie. Ma trajectoire de recherche se cristallise autour de la question de la dimension spatiale des inégalités sociales, d’un point de vue théorique autant qu’empirique. Ma recherche se situe à l’intersection de la géographie, de l’économie et de la sociologie urbaine, avec l’ambition de tirer des enseignements de la confrontation de données, méthodes et théories différentes. J'ai publié sur la transformation de Paris sous Haussmann, sur la gentrification liée au secteur locatif privé au Royaume-Uni et sur la valeur pour les sciences sociales des idées du philosophe contemporain Alain Badiou. J'étudie actuellement les mécanismes qui sous-tendent la concentration sur le long cours de la propriété foncière et immobilière au Luxembourg dans le cadre du projet « Territorial Inequality » financé par le Fonds National de la Recherche du Luxembourg (FNR).
