Natalia is an economist and geographer. After studying economics (bachelor to master's), she graduated from a Master's degree and a PhD in Geography at University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She compleated her thesis at UMR Géographie-cités in 2018. Before joining LISER, Natalia was a research associate at the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis at University College London (United Kingdom) between 2018 and 2021.

Natalia's interest relate to cities, system of cities, economic and social geography. Her research topics focus on interactions between and within cities in a multi-scalar approach. At LISER, Natalia will be working on social inequalities in the city of Luxembourg within a spatial dimension.
