The project has three main objectives that intend to fill the gaps identified in the existing state-of-the-art:
1. Identify the jobs at risk of disappearing and new job opportunities that emerge recently and the skills required in the low risk jobs;
2. Assess the consequences of digitalization and skills mismatch on job's wage, quality of work and productivity;
3. Improve a job offers provider that associate life-long learning designed programs to job seekers to access to new job opportunities.
