Citizen configurable road systems for resilience (working title)

The PI has not shared the details of the project with me yet until my/LISER's commitment is approved. I do not have much more information than that provided above in the RQ textarea. One of the case studies would be Odesa, Ukraine. The potential here is obvious, as Odesa is experiencing vital need for reconfigurable mobility spaces to handle infrastructure destruction. Other case studies have yet to be selected.
