Contribution to the biennial report on the implementation of the European Child Guarantee (ECG) in Luxembourg

Member States are recommended to report every two years to the European Commission on progress made in implementing the ECG Recommendation, in line with the ECG national action plan they (should have) submitted to the COM in 2021. The "Service des droits de l'enfant (SDE) - MENJE" (national coordinator of the ECG for Lux) is in charge of drafting the biennial implementation report. SDE would like to receive scientific support for the following: (1) defining, in collaboration with SDE and the relevant administrations, the indicators (based on available admin data) that could be used to support the evaluation of the policy measures described in the ECG plan. (2) preparing the draft sections of the biennial report that will analyse the indicators provided in (1), as well as other relevant indicators based on survey data (EU-SILC, HBSC, PISA...)°
