Creating a platform to conduct online experiments with the wider population

We would like to use the specificity of Luxembourg to conduct research with the wider population. The request is twofold: we want to setup and running an online platform for interactive experiments; we want to include at the end of each future surveys an invitation page asking responders to register to our platform and give us their consent for future research.
