Posting of workers: enhancing administrative cooperation and access to information / CALL FOR PROPOSALS VP/2020/007

Experience shows that the European reports based on the A1-data as well as the data of the national prior notification tools describe only a fraction of the data that are relevant. Moreover, it is remarkable that so little data are available on fraudulent posting. Especially since posting is often associated with cross-border social fraud. That is why we are looking for 10 national experts from the main 'sending' and 'receiving' Member States (Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and Luxembourg). The objective is to obtain a better picture of the characteristics and impact of intra-EU posting, this by compiling 10 'country reports'. The project, if granted, will start on 1 January 2021.
