COVID-19: the impact on households' well-being and preferences

The confinement and economic crisis induced by Covid-19 is imposing unprecedented constraints on family freedom, resources and economic choices. The project aims to analyze how this shock can change the well-being of families, their intertemporal consumption decisions, their preferences for risk. Particular attention will be paid to the role of children, how their well-being in these circumstances may depend on the socio-economic conditions of their families, housing conditions, and how their presence impacts the preferences and choices of the families themselves.
