LuxReal Survey Results 2025

LuxReal, the association of real estate professionals in Luxembourg, is currently carrying out a survey among its members (around 200 institutional or personal members). https://www.luxreal.lu/what-we-do The primary aim of the survey is to gather 'market sentiment', i.e. the perceptions and outlook of market players. But it would also question them on other, more structural elements: demand and supply, technologies and innovations on the market (current and future), financing and investment, regulations and policies, construction costs, ESG strategies, threats and opportunities, comparison of the Luxembourg market with neighboring markets, etc. LISER could be commissioned to produce a short report based on the survey results. This would involve a small budget (around €10,000), but LuxReal would make the survey data available to us for further studies or scientific research... The survey is intended to be repeated every year thereafter (and potentially extended to real estate professionals who are not LuxReal members).
