Registre National des Batiments et des Logements

We are to coordinate the process and meet with various administrations and Ministries to ensure there is a collective agreement on the variables that should be included in this register. We must also provide definitions for these variables and a user's guide for the municipalities who will be in charge of data collection for this register. I have attached the proposal that was jointly prepared with the Ministry of Housing for this mission.
