Résumé

It is widely known that the tiny Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg knows a very particular situation on its labour market: lots of foreigners and crossborder workers do their jobs in Luxembourg for a long time. But the topic of their sociopolitical integration is not really known and discussed. That is why I will try in the following pages to show what are the mechanisms adopted by the country to encourage this type of integration. Two categories of workers are considered in the text: the resident workers, who are inhabitants of Luxembourg and who can have the Luxembourgish nationality or a foreign nationality. Then, the crossborder workers: they are not inhabitants of the country, they live abroad but come for their work each day in Luxembourg.
