La discriminazione di genere, une "rivoluzione incompiuta"

Our work has the aim to review some of the most significant contributions in analyzing gender discrimination and especially in personnel selection in order to provide scholars with a clearer framework of this phenomenon. In particular, we focused our dissertation on gender bias, language, sexism and moral foundations highlighting theirs implications in perpetrating discrimination on women. We started from the idea that there is a lack of studies in psychosocial literature, which consider these variables in the same time. We argue that it may be useful deepening their combined effect firstly to better understand gender discrimination and secondly to suggest new solutions.
