Abstract
The seminar paper addressed issues related to the detection of changes occurring in urban green infrastructure using LiDAR point cloud-based 3D indicators and the study of spatial relationships between vegetation volume and the volume of urban forms. It presented a fusion of remote sensing data and field measurements to estimate the ecosystem services (ES) provided by urban trees and the loss of ES due to uncontrolled tree felling in a period of changing legislation. Examples of analyses for Krakow, Raciborz, and Luxembourg were presented.
