Abstract

In this paper, we study CSR industrial firm behaviour in relation with social dialogue in two countries (France and Luxemburg). We address this topic by asking if two countries having different forms of social dialogue are able to induce even levels of incentives to implement social responsibility. Data collected through two surveys onto industrial firms set up the materials for observation. We also provide a statistical analysis onto the factors that affect CSR adoption.
