This declaration of intent of project pertains to an approved by the CA congé scientifique at the World Bank Development Research Group (WB) during the academic year 2020/2021. The objectives of this visiting research initiative are three-fold: (i) research actions on inequality of opportunity, (ii) capacity building and (iii) institutional networking.
