Observer et accompagner la transition des territoires et des modes de vie au Luxembourg

Détails du projet

Description

The ecological transition is a process that requires long-term observation but also a methodology capable of identifying and evaluating the various experiments which will be carried out in the context of the ecological transition (e.g. changes of aspirations, imaginaries, and practices). The objective would be to provide first-rate inputs to political decision-makers so that they can define a transition roadmap for Luxembourg and then choose and implement the needed policy measures. In this perspective, the transition process will be assessed by taking into account, on the one hand, the aspirations, needs, and fears of the citizens and the socio-economic actors and, on the other hand, by identifying socially acceptable paths and actions that meet the requirements of a decarbonised society. To accompany the transition process, we propose to implement TRANSITER: a monitoring system and observatory of the transition of territories that is unprecedented in Luxembourg.
