Research summary

Blandine Lejealle is a Senior Research Analyst at the Labour Market Department with over 25 years of experience at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).  She received a Master in Economics and a Master in Data Production. Since 1994, she contributed to a number policy and data production projects, both at the EU and the national level, mainly for national decision makers as Ministries or social partners.

Some of her favourite topics are gender studies on labour market (gender pay gap, segmentation, working time, entrepreneurship, stereotypes, economic and social decision-making, …). She uses a diversified spectrum of quantitative and qualitative approaches to address specific issues and for this purpose she supervises a number of ad hoc surveys dedicated to the collect of data. Her current research interests focus on labour market policy evaluation and the role of NGOs play in immigrant integration.
